Chapter 12 -  More Than Coconut Oil
Coconut oil helps your body convert fat to muscle, as many bodybuilders will now attest. Just changing your unhealthy oils and fats to coconut oil and other healthy saturated fats may really help you to lose weight and become healthier. Thousands of  people, myself included, have found this to be true. 

But there are some people who didn’t lose much weight. That is because a diet high in healthy fat is only one part of a healthy lifestyle change.

There are many problems with the Standard American Diet (SAD). Besides unhealthy oils, we eat far too many processed foods made with white flour and sugar. Our milk is processed until the nutrients are almost gone. Our meat is raised in ways that make it almost as unhealthy to eat as the bad oils we now know to avoid. Our produce is grown with pesticides and poisons. Our water is often contaminated.

A true change to a healthier diet and lifestyle will gradually make you much healthier and bring you to your perfect weight. There are no quick fixes. Adding coconut oil is a good start, but it may not be all you need to do to lose weight and become healthier.
